I’ve always been fascinated by how spaces make people feel and function. As a child, while everyone else was enjoying the hotel pool, I was busy sketching floor plans of our hotel room! At home, I was forever rearranging my bedroom, moving furniture and dreaming up new layouts.

Not much has changed!

Today I'm a busy working mum to three amazingly energetic boys, so I know first-hand that family homes have to work hard. They need to be places to relax, play, work, entertain, store all the stuff and somehow still feel calm at the end of the day. I also know that if a system is too complicated to maintain, it probably won't last. That's why I believe in creating homes that are practical, flexible and designed for real life.

Before starting The Paint & Pinstripe Studio in 2026, I built my career in product design then moved into the corporate world, where I spent years helping organisations create workplaces that made people feel happier, more connected and more purposeful. Over time, as my own home life got busier and louder I realised the same principles apply at home. The spaces we spend our time in have a huge impact on how happy and confident we feel.

I'm not interested in creating picture-perfect interiors that you're afraid to live in. I love colourful, playful spaces with personality—homes that reflect the stories of the people who live there and work beautifully for the life they lead. People that work with me, love my positivity, my enthusiasm and energy and how together we can overcome the biggest hurdles with lots of creativity and a bit of graft.
